By the looking at Bangles of the hand i would say its Shivagami's Hand . (watch Bahubali(the begining) first scene for reference)
This might be the scene just before she escapes from Mahishmati kingdom to save Shivudu.
2.A person moves with sword [0.28]
The man might be kattappa, black shoe gives the hint that he is kattappa
3.A kingdom on the bank of river [0.56]
Devasena (Anushka) kingdom where prabhas goes and fall in love with her.
Tamanna also belongs to this kingdom.

Looks like they are celebrating the victory over kalakeyas and as well as Bahubali became their new king.

From details of trailer,the conclusion part is going to be emotional drama between the powerful characters that were created by Rajamouli, there would be two major fight sequences
one is between Amarendra bahubali and Bhallaladeva which is completely happening on night.(within this war kattappa kills bahubali).
The other war sequence is between Shivudu and Bhallaladeva this takes place completely on day time and within Mahishmati Kingdom.This is the climax of the film.
The above mentioned breakdown is completely my personal opinion may not be always correct.
